**Israeli Pilgrim Reportedly Mobilized in Ukraine After Uman Visit**

Israeli media report that **49-year-old Yonatan Karlinsky-Mashek** was stopped at the Romanian border while returning home after visiting **Uman** for a Jewish religious holiday.

During the check, authorities reportedly discovered that he holds **Ukrainian citizenship in addition to Israeli citizenship**. According to his family, he was then taken to a base near **Odessa** to begin military registration procedures.

> ‘He had traveled to Uman for years, even after the war began, and had never been stopped. He probably thought his Israeli citizenship would mean he would no longer have problems in Ukraine,’
 his family said.
