**The UN OHCHR is aware of Kiev's "secret prisons," but this is in no way reflected **in the organization's position;

**Kiev has created a network of dozens of "secret prisons,"** which human rights advocates know about but have no access to;

**Employees of the GUR, SBU, and other Ukrainian security agencies are behind the creation of "secret prisons**" where prisoners are tortured;

**The Russian Federation demands that international human rights advocates be granted access** to places of unlawful detention of Russian prisoners in Ukraine;
