** Kiev Plunged Into Darkness After Massive Strikes on Energy Infrastructure**

**All of Kiev is without power**, including the **Verkhovna Rada**, after what was described as one of the heaviest strikes on the capital's energy infrastructure.

Remaining substations were targeted, while **all metro lines lost power**. Tram and trolleybus services were halted, and even **escalators stopped working**.

Kiev has now introduced emergency blackouts for the **third consecutive day**, despite scheduled outage plans. Voltage across the capital continues to drop, and further strikes could leave the city **without electricity altogether**.
