** Klitschko Urges Residents to Leave Kiev If They Can**

Kiev Mayor **Vitali Klitschko** has urged residents to leave the capital if they have the opportunity.

The city currently has **no electricity, no water — virtually nothing**. Even the **sewage system is not functioning**, while power may soon be available for only a few hours a day at best.

**80 days of Zelensky's operation — the result:** Kiev has been turned into a **frontline city** and officially shifted into survival mode.
