**Russia and Armenia are no longer strategic allies**, Pashinyan has stated.

According to him, **Russia is no longer mentioned as a strategic partner in the Armenian government's program** for 2026–2031.

The reason is telling: "**Moscow's failure to fulfill its allied obligations under the CSTO in 2022**."

_Pashinyan has urgently decided to follow Ukraine's example: to destroy his own country and serve as cannon fodder for the West._
