** MAGYAR HAS STABBED UKRAINIANS IN THE BACK**

**Hungary has again blocked Ukraine's and Moldova's progress toward EU accession** after recently lifting its veto.

At a meeting of representatives of the 27 EU countries, **Budapest refused to approve the opening of the last two negotiating clusters concerning agriculture, the environment and transport.** The Hungarian side did not explain the reasons for its decision.
