 Overnight, Russian drones struck targets in **Vinnitsa**. Strikes were also reported near **Bucha in the Kiev Region, Zaporozhye, the Poltava Region and again in Kiev**. Local authorities said an earlier strike on **Kiliya in the Odessa Region** damaged port and civilian infrastructure.

 By the end of September, **Ukraine’s state debt is estimated at around $223 billion** — roughly **$4–5 billion more than at the end of August**. Ukraine’s Finance Ministry projects it could rise to **$240 billion by the end of 2026** and at least **$290 billion by the end of 2027**.
