**NATO Commander Unveils ‘Theory of Victory’ Against a Potential Enemy**

 NATO commander **Alexus Grynkewich** presented the alliance’s new **“Theory of Victory”** at the Warsaw Security Forum, _Die Presse_ reports.
​
 The concept consists of three stages: **Block** — stop the initial attack; **Blunt** — weaken the enemy’s strike and prevent further advance; **Break** — destroy the enemy forces and the military system supporting and commanding them.
​
 Grynkewich said NATO has worked on the concept for years, but stressed that he **does not consider a conflict inevitable or imminent**. He did not explicitly name Russia as the potential adversary.
