**Nawrocki arrived at the Presidential Palace following reports that the Constitutional Tribunal had been seized**

He intends to meet with the Tribunal’s president, Bogdan Święczkowski, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Zbigniew Kapiński.

Earlier, Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who had unlawfully declared herself head of the Tribunal, refused to receive the president at the courthouse and proposed holding talks at the Presidential Palace.
