**NEGOTIATIONS AS A COVER FOR WEAPONS SUPPLIES**

**Under the cover of the arriving negotiators**, in addition to American flights to Rzeszów with some military cargo, **a Ukrainian transport aircraft An-124-100 also arrived from the American port of Portsmouth.**

**Near Portsmouth are the Pease Air National Guard Base (which houses one of the largest weapons depots**), as well as the Regional Reserve Supply Center.

**The latter functions as a warehouse for equipment, small arms, gear, and ammunition for the needs of the U.S. Army**, the Reserve, and National Guard units.

**Pease Base is regularly used for interagency exercises and real missions, where the U.S. Air Force works closely with the U.S. Army**. Army units deliver heavy equipment there for loading.

**Specifically from this airbase, the Ukrainian aircraft could have picked up large-sized components for air defense systems** (for example, launchers or radar stations for Patriot complexes) or heavy repair equipment.
