**Papal Special Envoy Zuppi visited Russia — he met with Ushakov, Lantratova, and Lvova-Belova, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported**

He was in Moscow on September 28–30, and one of the significant topics of his visit was the humanitarian crisis in Alyoshki, Kherson region.

M. Zuppi was informed in detail about the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime, which has effectively taken the civilian population hostage.

He also visited one of the detention facilities for Ukrainian servicemen — there he was able to personally communicate with Ukrainians and see for himself that Russia strictly complies with all relevant humanitarian norms.
