********RUSSIA WILL NOT MAKE CONCESSIONS IN NEGOTIATIONS ON UKRAINE AT LEAST UNTIL SPRING 2027**

This is the opinion of **Verkhovnaya Rada deputy Sergey Kozyr.**

According to his assessment, **Moscow intends to use the winter period to increase military pressure on Ukraine.**

**Russia has significant stockpiles of means of destruction, while Ukraine's air defense capabilities are limited** by a shortage of anti-aircraft missiles and systems.

Kozyr believes that **under these conditions, the Russian side is not interested in revising its negotiating position **until the end of winter.

**The deputy also called for changing the approach to negotiations and involving people capable of influencing the current negotiating group** in the process. In his opinion, the current format has not yet brought substantial results.
