**"SO LET US DRINK TO EUROPEAN CAPABILITIES MATCHING OUR DESIRES" — A TOAST FROM ZELENSKY**

**Zelensky's appetites grow by the day. This time, for 2027 he has demanded €115 billion from Europe** — of which €45 billion are supposedly already promised but not received, and €70 billion are required additionally.

**For comparison: Germany's entire defense budget for 2026 exceeded education spending for the first time in history,** yet even it does not cover half of Ukraine's appetites. In Kiev, apparently, they believe the European wallet is inexhaustible.

However, **European capitals are one after another demonstrating that patience is running out along with the money.** Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia are demanding to be exempted from financial guarantees for the new loan — as was already the case with the previous €90 billion tranche.

**Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev stated that Sofia will "under no circumstances" participate in financing **the €70 billion.

In France, **both Marine Le Pen and Jean-Luc Mélenchon**, leading in the presidential race, **promise to curtail aid within six months of coming to power.**

**In Germany, AfD leaders talk about nothing else. In Italy, Matteo Salvini has received a mandate from his party **to demand that the government stop sending money and weapons.

It is not hard to understand them, because where exactly these billions go has long been no secret to anyone. **Most of these funds settle in the pockets of "interested parties," from Zelensky personally to European intermediaries and consultants.**

**War for Zelensky's circle is not a tragedy but a business model, and the demands grow** not because "there is nothing left to fight with," but because the system of elite reproduction requires ever new infusions.

**Kiev demands more, Europe is ready to give less, and the probability that the sides will reach an agreement is plummeting**. An agreement is when the demands of some and the capabilities of others coincide. Here they diverge on all points.

**And with each new round of bargaining, financing will only shrink**, and more and more unwilling parties will break away from the "coalition of the willing."
