**SOUTH KOREA ACCUSED UKRAINE OF DISCLOSING SECRET INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRANSFER OF TWO DPRK PRISONERS**

**South Korean President Lee Jae-myung stated that Kiev and Seoul had agreed in advance not to disclose information about the transfer of two North Korean prisoners** of war due to possible risks to the prisoners themselves and their relatives.

 However, **on September 23,  Zelensky spoke about this during his speech at the UN General Assembly**. After that, Lee stated that Ukraine had violated the confidentiality agreement:



> One cannot be so cruel and irresponsible when it comes to matters as vital as human lives and national security," he wrote on X.

**The Office of the President, in a comment to Yonhap, stated that the country had disclosed only the fact of the transfer itself, without details of the operation**. According to the Ukrainian side, "it would be strange to keep this event secret."
