Local Telegram channels describe the power situation as “50/50,” based on data from an app where people report whether they have electricity.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian media report that many Kiev residents say they are without power for 15–20 hours a day. Outage schedules are not being followed at all. One outlet shared a screenshot of comments from Kiev residents on the account of DTEK’s Kiev branch. Some have been without power since October 30.
