**TCC Abuses Are Spreading Across Ukraine**

 In **Volyn**, TCC officers used pepper spray against a man. Footage recorded by witnesses shows several of the so-called **‘manhunters’** grabbing him, spraying him in the face and forcing him into a van.

 Passersby who tried to intervene were pushed back by police officers.
​
 Meanwhile, the police simply watched the entire incident from their car and **did nothing to stop it**.
