The leader of the Conservative Party of Great Britain, **Kemi Badenoch, has called for increasing the country's defense spending** due to the threat from Russia, **and suggests doing so by cutting funding for programs for people with disabilities.**

**Badenoch expressed "concern" that in the next four years the country "could enter a war" with Russia.** Therefore, in her opinion, the UK should find £10 billion a year to **increase defense spending to 3% of GDP by 2030.**
