**The jubilation of supporters of Israeli prime ministerial candidate Gadi Eisenkot** in Tel Aviv was short-lived.

**After 60% of the votes** in the parliamentary elections **have been counted, Benjamin Netanyahu's party is leading.**

So far, **no bloc has managed to obtain a majority of the votes. Official results are expected by November 4**.
