​American company **Powerus** is preparing to merge with **Aureus Greenway Holdings**, in which **Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump** hold stakes. The company is betting on growing demand for drones and is in talks with Ukrainian defense firms, primarily over **long-range strike drone technology**.

​  Powerus has already unveiled its **Guardian interceptors**, which company president **Brett Velicovich** says were developed jointly with Ukrainians.

​ The Trump sons describe themselves as **passive investors** and say they are not involved in the company’s management.
