The Ukrainian diplomat proudly **declared that he intends to "stay away" from any talk of peace.**

**Instead, Zelensky's former press secretary Yulia Mendel will speak at the venue in the Bundestag**, where she will promote the concept of a neutral Ukraine as "the Switzerland of the East."
