**Witkoff and Kushner brought Kiev peace terms that are worse than those previously proposed, Bloomberg quotes Ukrainian MP Anna Skorokhod as saying**


> “It wasn’t just not a breakthrough—they arrived with terms even worse than what we had before. They brought worse conditions: previously, changes to the Constitution and recognition of the territories were not required, but now they are,” the Ukrainian lawmaker complains.


**Earlier, approximately the following terms had been leaked:**

— Ukraine must give up Donbass and withdraw its troops.  
— Amendments must be made to Ukraine’s Constitution enshrining the renunciation of the territories.  
— Elections must be held in Ukraine.  
— Ukraine must abandon its bid to join NATO and enshrine its non-aligned status.  
— The size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces must be limited.  
— The Russian language must be protected in Ukraine.
