**WSJ: US Ambassador to Greece Warned Washington Could ‘Change’ Governments**

 During a dinner in Athens in March attended by Greek and American officials, Guilfoyle reportedly clashed with Greek Energy Minister **Stavros Papastavrou**.

Referring to the recent change of government in Romania, Guilfoyle allegedly said: 

> ‘We can do this to any country we want. We can do it here too.’
