** Zelensky Blames Trump Amid US Diesel Price Crisis**

Zelensky appeared on **American television** and took aim at Trump over soaring diesel prices.

> 'Everyone understands that diesel prices do not depend on our strikes on Russia. Everyone understands that they depend on the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz,'

 he said.

The remarks come ahead of elections to the **Senate and House of Representatives**. If Trump loses his majority in Congress, his ability to push decisions through on his own would be significantly reduced.

The diesel crisis affects virtually **every American**, including those who drive gasoline cars or do not own a vehicle at all, as diesel costs feed directly into **retail and transportation prices**.
