**** Anthropic is going public**

The company behind Claude has publicly filed for an IPO. Its stock will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT.

**What we know:**
● It could be one of the largest IPOs in history. According to Bloomberg, the company expects to raise at least as much as[SpaceX](https://t.me/walt_news/757), which raised around $86 billion in its June IPO

● In May, Anthropic was valued at $965 billion. Some reports suggest its IPO valuation could reach $1.5 to $2 trillion

● Anthropic’s revenue for the first half of the year was $16.3 billion, up from $1.2 billion a year earlier

Trading could begin in November, but there’s no exact date yet.
