A [new Photos app for Windows 11](https://winaero.com/windows-11-gets-a-new-photos-app-with-better-gallery-editor-viewer-and-icloud-support/) is now available, starting with Windows Insiders and expanding to all users later this year. The update adds an all new Gallery, a rebuilt Editor, and a redesigned Viewer. The app makes it easier for people to find, organize, edit, and view photos in one place, whether the images are stored on a PC, in OneDrive, **or in iCloud**.

* Gallery brings photos and videos together from multiple sources and supports natural language search, people filters, albums, and Moments for OneDrive.

* The new Editor launches faster and includes tools for cropping, enhancement, repair, stylizing, HDR editing, and object removal.
* * Relight lets users adjust lighting with presets and customizable light sources.

* Viewer also gets faster startup, cleaner navigation, and broader file support, including SVG.
