**About the company:**
The company is a fully remote performance marketing holding company that builds, scales, and operates a portfolio of consumer brands.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, FP&A, or a similar analytical/operational finance role
- Experience reconciling digital advertising / media spend
- Experience with QBO and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work at pace, manage daily recurring deadlines, and juggle multiple workstreams
- Proactive, clear communicator — you flag issues early rather than letting them sit
- Native or fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-moving environment with significant async communication (Slack)
