**About the company:**
We are AffScale, an international company and one of the largest product manufacturers and advertisers in the health & beauty niche in Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and execute account management and retention strategies for publishers, media buyers, and network partners by tier (Performance/Area/Size).
- Develop a detailed Account Plan for each partner, covering supporting GEOs/offers insights, marketing materials, planned lead volume, AR, payout, lead quality, and growth targets.
- Forecast traffic, revenue, commission budgets, and incentives for each publisher tier.
- Maintain close relationships with top partners, ensuring a retention rate of over 90% (need to check by data).
- Implement loyalty, reactivation, and incentive programs to boost performance and engagement.
