**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing within iGaming, social casino, or related verticals.
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 Gambling streamers
- Strong track record of sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and scaling partnerships with content creators, streamers, Telegram communities, Discord communities, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and other influencer channels.
- Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership models.
- Ability to identify high-potential partners, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, optimizing KPIs, and maximizing ROI…
