**Responsibilities**
- Own 4-6 vacancies end to end, with a focus on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers from the kick-off stage: clarify the business need, shape a realistic candidate profile, define the scorecard, and align on the hiring process.
- Build a sourcing strategy for each role, including talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach sequences.
- Proactively engage passive candidates instead of relying mainly on inbound applications.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare and calibrate hiring managers and interviewers to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment across all stages…
