๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ โŒ๐ŸŒA bill to enshrine Ukraine's neutral status in the constitution has been introduced by Anna Skorokhod, a member of the Verkhovna Rada, in the wake of attacks on bridges over the Dnieper River in Kiev.

She proposed maintaining only a course towards the EU, removing any mention of NATO (which was introduced under Poroshenko), arguing that this would "confirm the absence of any desire to commit aggression against any country."

Earlier, MP Goncharenko proposed and called for a peace agreement "with certain concessions on issues such as the church and the Russian language, among others."

๐ŸปSo, how does this work, more infrastructure knocked out, more sense knocked in?
