All electricity-generating capacity in Kiev has been destroyed following ballistic missile strikes, according to Alexander Kharchenko, director of Ukraineโs Energy Industry Research Center.
Kharchenko also says Ukrenergo has still not received equipment ordered back in March to repair damaged energy infrastructure.
