๐บ๐ฆ Blind man forcibly mobilized in Odessa, according to Ukraine's court registry
A man in Odessa has won a court ruling forcing Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigation to register his complaint over his unlawful detention and five-day confinement at a military recruitment center.
He says Ukrainian military recruitment officers dragged him in even though he had been "twice removed from the military register on health grounds (blind)," in 2020 and again in 2023. According to the filing, he has been unfit for military service since childhood.
The investigators had ignored his complaint until Odessa's Peresypsky District Court stepped in.
