The number of civilians killed by Ukrainian armed formations has reached 9,019, according to Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime.
He said the total number of civilians harmed, killed and wounded together, has passed 34,500 since February 2022.
