Moscow doesn’t need a strategy for dismantling the EU because the pressure is already coming from inside the bloc: economic stagnation, mounting debt, disagreements over Russia, and the growing conflict between national interests and decisions made collectively in Brussels.
The wisest strategy is essentially, don’t interrupt the process.
