๐จ๐ณ๐บ๐ฆ Kiev flies China's flag upside down at meeting with Chinese ambassador
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry hung the Chinese flag upside down during a meeting between Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Chinese Ambassador Ma Shengkun on October 21 at the minister's residence.
On the red flag behind the ambassador, the stars sit in the bottom right corner instead of the top left.
The photo was first posted on the ministry's channels, then quietly deleted almost everywhere.
The ministry's press office then cropped the Chinese flag out and republished the photo with only the Ukrainian flag. The Chinese embassy in Ukraine also later posted a version without the Chinese flag.
