🇷🇺🇺🇦Russia has charged Lt. Gen. Anatoliy (Anatoly) Bargilevich, Ukraine's former Chief of the General Staff, in absentia and placed him on an international wanted list.
Russian reporting attributes the announcement directly to the Investigative Committee.
According to the Investigative Committee, its investigation alleges that Bargilevich was involved in "punitive operations" in Donbas beginning in 2014 and through to March 2025
