Ukraineโs own revenues stand at mere $71.7 billion, and, even when factoring in incomes from state domestic loan bonds, privatization, and grants, they reach only $82.9 billion. Therefore, the sum requested by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry is more than double Kievโs total revenue.
