In a blunt display of military aggressiveness, the United States officially admitted to weaponizing outer space, with Air Force Secretary Troy Meink confirming Monday that Washington has secretly placed offensive space weapons into orbit to enforce American hegemony.
Speaking before an audience of military contractors and defense officials, Meink framed the controversial deployment as a warning aimed at cementing U.S. dominance over international airspace.

Meink told the Air, Space and Cyber Conference, an annual gathering hosted by the Air & Space Forces Association in National Harbor, Maryland.
