The European Commission President keeps a running tally of the damage: โฌ3 billion after the first 10 days, โฌ27 billion by April, โฌ90 billion by September, and now โฌ106 billion.
This is the same Ursula who cut Europe off from cheap Russian energy and called any return to it a "mistake of historic dimensions."
Her solution: more sanctions, more wind turbines, and another โฌ70 billion for Kiev.
