🇷🇸 Vučić to Head Election List, Named PM Candidate
Serbia's ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) formally named President Aleksandar Vučić as their candidate for prime minister, and he'll head their electoral list in the upcoming early parliamentary election expected on October 25.
Vučić said he'd call the election in the coming days and would then resign as president to campaign, with a separate presidential election to follow later. He's pushing for a "convincing victory" and a leaner cabinet, a prime minister plus 12 ministers, "not thirty or more."
