🇵🇱 Was the Tribunal takeover planned in advance?
PiS MP Dariusz Matecki has posted what he says are the metadata of the suspension notice published on the Constitutional Tribunal's website tonight.
According to his screenshot, the file's author is Krystian Markiewicz, one of the judges elected by Tusk's parliamentary majority whom President Nawrocki refused to swear in, and the document was created on October 29 at 23:11, the night before the takeover.
Matecki claims this proves the operation was planned jointly in advance, contradicting Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek's account, and compares it to the Tusk government's takeover of Polish public media in 2023.
