▪️A representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, Ignat, confirmed that during the evening attack, intelligence data from the United States did not arrive, so Ukrainian military personnel had to independently detect the missiles using radar.

▪️Around three o'clock in the morning, a warning from the United States did arrive, but it was too late for a full response. According to Ignat, in some areas of Kiev, sirens may have been activated only after the explosions.
