π¨Adani Defence & Aerospace has signed a 5-year agreement with Indo-Russian Rifles Pvt Ltd (IRRPL) to supply Indian-made 7.62Γ39 mm ammunition for AK-203 assault rifles.
The ammunition will be manufactured in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, while the AK-203 rifles are produced at IRRPLβs facility in Korwa, Amethi.
The deal will create a more integrated domestic rifle-and-ammunition supply chain for the India-Russia AK-203 programme and strengthen Indiaβs defence manufacturing capabilities.
