China has commissioned what XPeng describes as the worldโs first automated production line for advanced humanoid robots.
Its IRON robot reportedly walked off the assembly line autonomously, marking a shift from prototypes toward large-scale manufacturing.
XPeng aims to begin mass production by the end of 2026, with commercial deliveries expected in 2027.
