๐คผ Delhi HC Denies Vinesh Phogat Entry to World Championships Trials
The Delhi High Court has refused to grant wrestler Vinesh Phogat an interim exemption to compete in the September 14 selection trials for the 2026 Senior World Championships.
The court said WFIโs eligibility criteria apply equally to all athletes. It noted that her pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery must be considered while examining the policy, but did not grant immediate relief.
