π¨ Fatwa Issued Against Sara Ali Khan Over Kedarnath Temple Visit
Islamic cleric Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi has issued a fatwa against Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan for visiting Kedarnath Temple and offering prayers.
He described participation in another religionβs worship as impermissible under Sharia and urged her to repent.
However, another cleric, Maulana Sajid Rashidi, criticised the fatwa, saying people have the right to visit places of worship of their choice. Sara has not publicly responded to the controversy.
