๐Ÿšจ Reliance Challenges FSSAI Ban on โ€˜Energy Drinkโ€™ Label

Reliance Industries has moved court against FSSAIโ€™s order barring high-caffeine beverages from being marketed as โ€œenergy drinks.โ€

Reliance said authorities seized Campa stock and ordered e-commerce platforms to delist the products, disrupting its business.

The Delhi High Court has now allowed Reliance to continue using the label temporarily, with the case scheduled for November 5.
