๐จ Sultanpurโs MP-MLA court in Uttar Pradesh has acquitted Rahul Gandhi in a 2018 criminal defamation case over remarks against then-BJP president Amit Shah.
The court ruled that Gandhiโs remarks were not defamatory. The case was filed by BJP leader Vijay Mishra over comments Gandhi made during the 2018 Karnataka election campaign.
