๐ข A suicide bomber rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into the Old Police Lines compound in Kohat, Pakistanโs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, during Friday prayers, killing at least 16 people, including five police officers, and wounding 57.
Gunmen then stormed the compound and exchanged fire with police. Reuters reported that all seven attackers were killed. Dawn reported that the Hafiz Gul Bahadur-led Ittehadul Mujahideen claimed responsibility; the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) separately denied involvement.
