๐ข Dnepropetrovsk Mayor Borys Filatov reportedly fled Ukraine on October 9 amid a possible corruption investigation, Insider UA reports, citing sources close to the mayor. Ukrainian blogger Lachen had earlier claimed that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) was preparing a formal notice of suspicion against him.
The reported departure follows Filatovโs profanity-laced tirade against NABU detective Oleksiy Heyko, whom he challenged to โsit in my chairโ before vowing to โoutlive every last one of you bastards.โ
